Terms and refund policy for accommodation
Booking

1) Make booking via website margalefclimb.com or via email hello@margalefclimb.com
2) Deposit 50% of the total of your stay at the provided bank account.
3) Once the deposit/transfer is made, please send a photo of the voucher to hello@margalefclimb.com as well as your full name and date of your stay.
4) We will register your reservation and send you back your confirmation (* if you do not receive it in 24hrs, we ask you to give us a call +34644713557 to confirm that we received your email with the receipt)
5) The other 50% of payment is covered 14 days before the first day of booking.

Cancelation fees and refund policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please take into consideration our refund policies.
Cancellation of reservations made by bank deposit must be made via e-mail hello@margalefclimb.com
Cancellations 8 days or more before your first day of booking: 100% refund in favor of the client.
Cancellations 7 - 2 days before your first day of booking: 50% of the reservation is charged.
Cancellations 24 hours before check-in: 100% of the reservation is charged.

No show policy

Failure to arrive at our property and check-in without at least 48 Hours notice, will result in the full balance owed for the booking to be charged, and no refund will be given.

Guest Refund Policy

The Guest Refund Policy is available to Guests who book and pay for an Accommodation and suffer a Travel Issue (as defined below).

The Host of the Accommodation cancels a booking shortly before the scheduled start of the booking, or fails to provide the Guest with the reasonable ability to access the Accommodation (e.g. does not provide the keys and/or a security code).

If you report a Travel Issue, we agree, at our discretion, to reimburse you the full amount paid by you for the booking.
